The Italian Fizz


  • 40 ml O’live Gin
  • 20 ml Acqua di Cedro
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
  • 30 ml egg white


  • Lemon zest
  • Thyme


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake once without ice and a second time with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with lemon zest and thyme.
