O’live Collins


  • 50 ml O’live Gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup (1:1)
  • Soda water


  • Olive
  • Lemon zest
  • Rosemary


Combine O’live GIN, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top off with soda water. Garnish with lemon zest, rosemary and an olive.
